Terms & Conditions
I. Right of Admission
Princeton Academy (“Princeton Academy”) reserves the right to refuse admission to any course or Event where evidence of full payment cannot be produced. Course and Event fees include lunch, refreshments, and course materials where applicable and as deemed appropriate by Princeton Academy.
The views expressed by speakers, instructors, or facilitators are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Princeton Academy, its employees, agents, or contractors.
II. Registration Fees – Non-Refundable
All registration fees are non-refundable. Fees are payable in full upon registration and cover access to the full course or Event, including learning materials, sessions, and networking opportunities.
Why we do not offer cash refunds:
-
Operational Commitments: Princeton Academy incurs non-refundable costs in advance, including venue hire, facilitator fees, catering, administration, and course materials.
-
Fairness to All Delegates: A consistent non-refund policy ensures fairness and avoids disputes between participants.
-
Programme and Scheduling Flexibility: Changes to facilitators, speakers, topics, or schedules may be necessary and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
-
Operational Emergencies or Low Attendance: In cases of postponement or rescheduling for operational reasons, payments will be credited toward a future Princeton Academy course or Event.
-
Substitutions and Credits: Delegates may substitute another attendee, attend a future date, or apply their credit toward another relevant Princeton Academy course or Event.
-
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in rare, verifiable circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), subject to an administrative fee of up to 50% to cover costs already incurred.
Early departure, dissatisfaction with content, or missed sessions do not entitle delegates to a refund or credit.
III. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional and verifiable circumstances and must be supported by appropriate documentation.
-
Where a refund is approved, Princeton Academy may retain an administrative fee of up to 50% of the registration fee.
IV. Delegate Cancellations
-
All cancellations must be received in writing.
-
Cancellations received 7 working days or more before the course or Event may receive a credit valid for one year from the cancellation date.
-
Cancellations received less than 7 working days before the course or Event, or non-attendance without written notice, are not eligible for any refund or credit.
V. Event or Course Postponement or Cancellation
Princeton Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses or Events due to operational reasons, including low attendance, facilitator unavailability, or venue issues.
-
Delegate payments will be credited toward a future Princeton Academy course or Event, valid for one year.
-
No cash refunds will be issued.
VI. Substitutions and Programme Changes
Princeton Academy reserves the right to substitute facilitators, speakers, topics, or sessions and to make reasonable changes to the programme, venue, or schedule.
Such changes do not entitle delegates to refunds or compensation. Substitutions of attendees are permitted at no additional cost with prior notice.
VII. Conduct and Professional Behaviour
Delegates must behave professionally and respectfully. Princeton Academy reserves the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund or credit.
VIII. Alcohol and Substance Use
-
Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
-
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
-
Violations may result in removal without refund.
IX. Intellectual Property, Photography, and Solicitation
All course materials and intellectual property remain the property of Princeton Academy. Unauthorized recording, copying, distribution, or solicitation is prohibited.
X. Health and Safety
Delegates must comply with all applicable health and safety and public health requirements as communicated by Princeton Academy.
XI. Acknowledgment and Agreement
